You can order from hell or from heaven You will still need those books
for learning or cheating your way up to second semester.
Those books and newer versions are available at the school book store.
If you are not too picky about crippled pages, get yourself some old books and swim trough until you are done with them.

Welcome to AUA! You are one of us now

another good one to have is the (Bench Review Series) BRS Gross Anatomy by Kyung Chung. It's not required, but it's very helpful in simplifying and highlighting important points.

I would agree with what everyone here said execpt for the DPS books. Personally, I do not know of many here who has those two books. The grant's dissector helps in lab but not everyone here has that book either. Do get your books before you come here because the closet store will run out of books and then you wait forever for the next shipment.

Different people here learn differently so you might find out that some of the books are useless while others read all of them. I think it is much better to have the book and find out you don't need it, rather than Fedex in what you need a few days before an exam.

I hope this helps.

thank you all for the replies and it's good to know that you can stay at the library and study...also how much is it to make copies there?? are there any staples stores there that u can borrow a book from a friend and make copies..also lets see if you buy them..how come the old students dont sell to the new students..wouldn't that be better..how much do you think all of those books will cost excluding the ones for DPS.?

definitly get anatomy BRS
the anatomy flashcards are really good too
annnnd the embryo BRS

i'm not sure how much they've changed the class, but i never read moore - just powerpoints. But some people swear on baby moore - i dunno.

It's an anatomy question book - it's sold only at AUA and other Caribbean schools where this professor has taught.
