Jamaican A.A.I.M.S. med.students who wish to practice in Jamaica?

I am sure there is , dont worry concentrate on the basic sciences first

Games medical school aka AAIMS have no clinical spots anywhere
i understand - and i have seen them- that the students can go to the black river hospital when ever they like quite unsupervised in a willy nilly, slap dash, hodge podge fashion
is that the way that medical education is conducted?
dat is certainly not what i witnessed overseas at the hospitals i worked at

Games medical school aka AAIMS continues --as it has done from the beginning-- to be run in a willy nilly, slap dash, hodge podge fashion
i hope that the few students there can get transferred somewhere to complete their studies
