I was pm'd this
I am one of the students who are doing rotations with agu, we fell for the bait, of "half price tuition" last year and transferred into agu's clinical program, i just got off the phone with one of them yesterday, agu CANNOT secure rotations on their own, students set up there own rotations, NO HOSPITAL wants to work with agu, because when agu came into fruitation, THEY NEVER PAID THE HOSPITALS OR PRECEPTORS, even though the students had already paid the clinical tuition, so students had to pay twice, when they attempted to contact agu's office in us and belize, NO ONE EVER REPLIED,and the first professor EDITED FOR NAME on their website WENT TO ST.MATTHEWS when it was in belize and DID ALL HIS CLINICALS IN IRELAND/UK, never set foot in a u.s. hospital, never did residency, his only "u.s. training" was at michigan state university AS AN UNDERGRAD STUDENT for 2 YEARS on a student visa, 10 years ago..so that line about u.s. trained is b.s..dr.delarosa NEVER PRACTISED IN HIS LIFE, he came home after clinicals and started working for various carribean schools in belize as a lab t.a. for starters and gradually worked his way up to "professor"..i know this because he taught anatomy lab at mua belize, my school, when i went there.if they have 10 u.s. trained md's.or p.h.d's??.whose paying there salarys??.i'm sure they can command top dollar..just food for thought.
