Thanks for the replies, I think I have clearly made my choice

Before choosing a medical school you should consider tuition as the LAST key:
1. WHO / IMED listing
2. Track Record
3. Sound Faculty
4. LCME / AAMC Type Curriculum
5. ACGME Hospital Rotations
6. USMLE Course Prep
7. Cost and Tuition

This issue of which states approve / dissaprove depends on if you want to live in these states.......also look at SABA, used to be on Cali dissaproved now approved.

IMO, state approval should be listed higher in considering a med school. It can influence rotations for clinicals and residency placements, both of which you may not have not have a choice in.

Hoping that a school gets approved after you started the school may not help either as in the case with California, which will not endorse a license for those who started before their approval is given.
