At least its a start
Every school has to start somewhere! Ross started at Castaways Hotel in Dominica, because they didn't have a campus built. I think everyone knows that as long as you can be awarded an MD then it doesn't matter whether it is a hotel or a glorious campus like Ross now has. Do we all not have to work extra hard to pass the USMLE's, its all dependant on you not your school. If they have easier entry requirements then other schools then so be it, if the students work they will pass, if they don't they will fail. SGU, Ross and all of the other long standing Carib medical schools have so many applications that they can be extra picky and only take those with the best grades which will of course improve their image, but they had to start some where. Give it time and All Saints will grow and develop a nice campus in Dominica.

MD04,
You are greatly mistakened and out-dated (Whats with the font increase and bolding? There was no need). There is no pre-medical/MD courses offered in the Toronto campus. The Toronto office used to have pre-med, but has moved. For quite sometime, it is only taking place in Dominica and Aruba, where the MD programs are conducted.

Hardly competition
The school is located in Loubiere - just a few minutes south of Roseau heading toward Scotshead. We know that we are the new kids on the block and have alot of work to do before we can be even considered competition - maybe in 5 years from now. We do now have cadavers so thats a plus - things do keep getting better and better, even though things happen very slowly on this island.
