Originally developed on Network 54 in 1998, Value MD was incorporated in the State of Washington in 2003 and established as a Limited Liability Company in the State of Florida in 2005 for the purposes of providing products, services, and resources to assist health care students, professionals, and organizations in their careers.

Our Mission

ValueMD provides a free platform for the exchange of medically related information for prospective and current medical students, as well as physicians and other health care workers. ValueMD is dedicated to charity work, including cancer awarness, disaster relief efforts, and raising funds to help support underprivileged children from third world countries. The funds for these difficult objectives are intended to be collected from the use of banner ads on this website.

Our History

As prospective medical students of International Medical Schools in the 1990's, the Founders of ValueMD realized there was a lack of information available regarding International Medical Education. They were determined to not only make this information readily available, but they intended to provide these services absolutely free. ValueMD was truly created for and by International Medical Graduates (IMG).

This radical concept of providing helpful and valuable information for free, made the website very attractive to financially challenged, yet eager and ambitious, prospective medical students. As a result, the site grew in popularity at an exponential pace, mainly by word of mouth, and soon became the most popular website for Foreign Medical Schools, setting the standard in this category to this day.
