Sadly this area has very little concern for health and fitness. There are some gyms, but nothing like in the USA (hours, functionality, coolling, ventilation, etc). Health food is rare, and if you find something healthly, buy it all, or you might not see any more for a year or more. You can still live healthy, but you have to know your way around.
