Yeah the dental program is quite tough at Charles University...it's one of the best as many say that.....the halls of residence aren't all that great except for one of them...Kolej Komenskeho. However, there can be a bit too many distractions as most of the students living there are either American exchange or Erasmus students. I would suggest that you stay in the dorms for couple of months and then look for an apartment....as you can get some good, cheap apartments (this particular dorm is a bit expensive when compared to the others.) Also the dorms are quite far away from the university, so that can be very frustrating.

I'm liking it all right here. I just find the system here to subjective as compared to the medical schools in the States and I don't like that about most of the European schools. It's a lot of work but also lot of partying. And the univ. filled with british students (I think the dental has mostly british and greek students).
