The process was easy after my wife was ok with moving to a foreign country for med school.
As a chiropractor you should have all the pre-recs needed except the MCAT because they don't make us take that for Chiro school. So look into a kaplan MCAT prep class and take it. I only applied to AUC as the island was the most developed but AUC, SGU, SABA and Ross are great schools and will get you where you need to be. So take the MCAT and apply to one of these schools. You may have burned through your financial aid with chiro school so you may need to apply for private loans. If you have been working a practice and own things you might have enough for school by selling those things off.
As for going back it was easy. This time around I studied a lot more as your score in med school are important for residency placement. School was similar to chiro school in that the hours were the same and the basic stuff you learned will help you while in basic science.
ONE WARNING: Most Chiropractors don't like paperwork, Medicine is a lot of paperwork so if you are in that boat you may want to rethink things.
If you have specific questions just ask and Ill try to answer them.
