please when is the right time to continue processing my september admission into windsor even though school start may12th? asking these because i was aceepted for may but deferred it to sept, because applied late, so i wanna know if the school would have time processing admission data for new students when classes are going on now or maybe by august when classes are done.....for example about to send my passport but dont know if to send now, or august.
