I doubt he can get into US schools even if he does well in masters, because he'd miss the first cut by looking the undergrad GPA (unless he's African American or Hispanic).

But a pretty decent chance at SGU. UCLA is a good school so 3.14 there isn't so bad. And the MCAT's real good.
