The 6 year is definetly the more expensive path but i would like to know which one is better overall in terms of preparation and learning experience...

The 6th year is for students who don't have the necessary requirements or skill level to be in the 4 year. If you already know the info why would you want to repeat it, seems like it would be a bore.

Seems like the 6 year program would drain even more money ... but sure some 4 years get turned into 5 years. "rich" .. hmmm I think if their looking for "rich they'll turn East not West, as, I believe, some schools have already done. There's a reason the English program is in Poland and it's not because they want it there.
