Yes, you will have the opportunity to become a doctor. I am just not willing to pay the price if I can correct the situation and change gears. One thing many people dont know is that the FPP was only for those who passed the USMLE eventually but many non-passing students decide to take the 6 years instead since they couldnt pass the test on time. So, even with no FPP , it is still ok for them to do 6 years. I just get surprised by the amount of students saying, " I will stay until 4th semester, pass the USMLE and then transfer out", it is not that easy people with the kind of education we are getting. The unofficial stats would comfirm such a suicidal adventure. But, hey, it is not my money, my time and my disappointment at the end, just like my friend's today, I will endure. Good luck
