Thanks a lot great answers. When you say that the January class is smaller, is it that less people apply or do they just let less people in??? Also, I have heard that you may do some part of the 6 years in the usa?? Would this be the internado year (5th yr which would be good to catch up to the U.S. standards of doing things) and the 6 th year social service in an underserved latino population? Or can some of the other rotations be arranged in the U.S.? I would be interested in doing some rotations in the U.S. just to get adjusted to the differences in doing things and to get letters of rec for the Match. Does anyone know how to go about this, I mean do you just go ahead and contact medical schools and ask them if you could do rotations with their students???? And does anyone know of anyone who has done this?????
