Not to get too off topic but I hate the green book stuff, US students can rotate anywhere and do. Caribbean have to bow down to the Green Book (Only in the US if clinicals outside the us then it can be anywhere for the FMG too) .
The 2 standards are discriminatory ( probably on purpose)
