Bring as much crystal light with you ask you can!!
When you see how much it is here, it will make your eyes cross.
You can usually find fresh milk. I haven't seen 1% but i know they have whole, 2% and skim. Cream of wheat definitely isn't a problem.
Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find any fruit2o here.
But i'll keep looking
