hello everyone,
this is my first post here and just like most people i have many questions:
After reading these posts it seems to me that AUC and SGU are equally as good. Are they better than Ross?
Is it easier to get in AUC compared to SGU?
I wil have a degree in Civil Engineering in May 2009. My gpa is low (2.7) and my science gpa is 3.1. I also repeated 4 classes. I am totally capable of doing better in school (i was a bad student for some time, but that has changed). By the time i finish my undergrad degree i expect my gpa to be between 3.0 and 3.1. My science gpa is very likely to increase too. I still need to take the MCAT, and usually i do pretty good in these kinds of tests. What score would i need to get to have a good chance at SGU and other caribbean med schools? Or should i just stop dreaming? I don't have much voluteering experience, no research (only school work)...
I would appreciate any comments or advice!
