I am starting in MAY as well, but i am not going to be there until the day before registration. I was actually down there a few weeks ago and was able to secure an apt that one of the MD4s is currently residing. I spoke with the landlord while i was there...signed the contract and all is good.
Would have suggested that to everyone else, but hey...it's very hard to find a good place there and i had to be a little selfish with that info until i had mine secure.
