How much are you asking for the furniture (currently in a furnished place) ? I can sell everything as a combo and I can just leave everything here. The apartment was rented empty so everything here is mine. Take a look at it and if you like it we can talk about a price. I am planning on leaving ASAP; I just need to clarify the car sale and I am out. There are a couple of current tenants that want to switch to my place so I need to know to make a final decision. Call me at the numbers above.
