Hey,

It's also important to take note that even if 5 year is possible or just accepting the 6 year deal, in order to get into an ACGME US residency program, one needs to do at least 1 year of clinical studies in a US hospital. More specifically, their core rotations have to be green book rotations; that's why FPW was essential and why the top 4 carib med schools are legit.

The concern is whether UAG will offer these green book rotations in US hospitals to all of its international students or only to an elite few? All of this weighs into the process of being ECFMG certified.

THanks.
