As they've said, it's possible to go to a CC and then transfer and still be accepted into medical school. However, this early in the game, you should be aiming for a US medical school, not the caribbean. And depending on the medical school, it could definitely matter where you took your pre reqs. All A's are not created equal, especially in the eyes of a US med school admissions committee. I would get out of community college and into a university as quickly as possible.
