If your question is "is it possible to start out at a community college and still go to med school", then yes, it is possible. It is a little harder, but it is very doable. I have friends who did just that.

If you take your pre-reqs at a University, it will look better, but you can take them at a CC and still get accepted.

That being said, you need to follow Kemper's advice and focus on where you are now. You need to work on getting your bachelors before you even start thinking med school. And work on your GPA and MCAT before you start looking at the Caribbean. Hope this helps.
