Yes, I agree they should do that. Considering the fact that there is 'National' program though, where some students do try to get into the states, they may have to create a separate listing (have two listings) in the IMED that designates 'International' program to have a different description. But, if Acgt's rumor is true with the elimation of the social service for private schools, then they won't have to take any action at all.
