As of now, no matter what UAG gives you, you have to fulfill the IMED curriculum requirements. Read below:

I doubt very seriously that ECFMG is going to ignore the 6 year requirement just because UAG gave you a piece of paper. It requires the backing of the government and a change to these IMED requirements.
