From the article, it seems like he's putting his hands in the whole new medical tourism sector in MX. Sr. Slim is funding the creation of several new private hospitals aimed at attracting Americans that can't afford healthcare in the US. Would it be possible to do the 5th and 6th yrs at these hospitals? I'm pretty sure that it would help his plan out if he had American doctors in his hospitals.
