My guess is yeah, you will probably be able to find a school that will accept you in Eastern Europe. (Just make sure that you are up to the task of dealing with crazed, non-immigrant professors.) I don't think that all of the programs even require physics for the 6-year programs, anyway, so that's probably a non-issue. The best way to find out, of course, is to hit them with an application! If you are certain that this is what you want to do, then you might as well let it fly... good luck.
