either way it goes state or federal...you can not tell me dogfighting is worse than bank robberies...yes both are equally wrong, but don't tell me that's justice. Whether its state or federal its laws and it is skewed...10 yrs probation and then 28 months jail time.....nah punishment doesn't fit in my book.
