In the civil law suit (a totally different thing, and rules of evidence and discovery and not to mention simple majority of a jury) the G family brought against him he lost and was ordered to pay damages, that is NOT a fine. Who is going to sue Vick? The dogs parents?

Besides, like Tipton says, Vick doesn't seem to be complaining about it, and he is the one in jail...why should anyone else complain?
