Yep I am looking forward to visiting across the US and canada. To answer the US question I will be in LA on Thursday 10th (this coming Thursday) Denver, CO Friday 11th-Monday 14th, Washington DC Tuesday 15-Thursday 17 then off to Toronto as above.
