Well, check out some of the websites I've listed in that other thread. MCC, CARMS, etc. As long as your school is listed in the international list, you can sit the MCCEE and MCCQEs. If you pass those, you can apply for a residency in Canada (but getting one is very, very difficult!). You might have a better bet if you did a residency in the US (there are more of them available to IMGs), and once you're board certified in the US, transferring your credentials. You also probably have a better chance getting a Canadian residency if your English is flawless!

Basically, you need to worry about where you do your residency.
