All three are OK...in a way
I also agreed that all three schools will offer you the similar opportunities. Although I do have to say that there have been recent changes concerning clinical rotations in each schools. So doing your research may not help much because those things tend to change from year to year. If you are concerned about the kind of island you'll be living on, St. Maarten is definitely more industrialized and it's easier to get to than other schools because of their new airport. If you're looking for a nicer school name (one without the word "Caribbean") on your diploma, then you'll want to go to Grenada. If you want smaller class sizes, go anywhere else.
