well since the
PR schools are LCME (and thus the same as a mainland US school), they are actually better than any caribbean/mexico option.
i believe Ponce has a preference for
PR residents, but there are 2 others- and the biggest hurdle is usually the fact that a majority of your education requires a good handle on spanish (for you that seems to be a bonus!).
