For Trauma:

DECAP-BTLS (As in decapitation as a trauma concept + BTLS)

Check for

D= Deformities
C= Contusions
A= Abrasions
P= Penetrations/ Punctures
B= Burns
T= Tenderness
L= Lacerations
S= Swelling

And for types of Shock its CRAMPS-NH (New Hampshire)

C= Cardiogenic Shock
R= Respiratory Shock
A= Anaphylactic Shock
M= Metabolic Shock (Diabetes, etc)
P= Psychogenic Shock
S= Septic Shock
N= Neurogenic Shock
H= Hypoglycemic Shock
