If you are coming to St JAmes, it is best you either go a few weeks to just see what you are getting into, or plan to come a few days early. the BEST way to get a GOOD apt is to be there but they are gone so fast. I was there a week ago and was able to secure a place that one of the MD4 is in now. Since he is leaving at the end of April, i spoke with the landlord personally and she made a lease agreement for me righ there so that when i get there i basically have a place...the best thing iss...i dont have to give $ until i get there. the contract is signed.

It is the best way to do it and basically...you can see what you are getting into.
My trip there last week was NOTHING BUT POSITIVE i might ad.
