This will really help the thumb drive-classroom situation as well as virus-security issues. what other schools do is as soon as they are enrolled for their particular semester they will then be allowed to log-on to their specific semester database where they can download the lecture ppt for their respective classes. It might also be more convenient to the respective professors, as all they need to do is upload their updated ppt lectures online. No need for them to worry about students bugging them for ppt lectures as they would be available on the website.
