Try contacting P.A.W.S. on St. Kitts. It is a non-profit organization run by Ross University students that coordinates foster homes and/or adoptions for unwanted and stray animals. They might be your best bet for getting the word out that your pup needs a home. Since it's run by students, there's no main number to call, but you can post a message at their website (freewebs.com/rosspaws/index.htm) and they should respond shortly.
