Do NOT waste your time in this country ,Canada,. I am also an Egyptian Graduate. in 2002 from Mansoura Uni. I tried for 3 years in Canada in IMG Ontario and Carms but with not even ONE SINGLE Interview. SO I decided to do USMLE and I applied to US match and I got selected in residency in USA which has better reputation than Canada beside there is no special role in each USA state you apply in. it is universal in all over USA. Not like Canada with each province has its own role to hinder IMG from entering residency in Canada, just keep them paying tax for retirement of old Canadian people and keep you as taxi driver for the rest of your life.
