SGU is the oldest medical institution in the Caribbean originally set up for American students and has the strongest reputation (it is after all called the Harvard of the Caribbean

). It has graduates in very prestigious attending positions and residencies, and most importantly to students currently studying, a brand new exclusive $100 million contract to be the only foreign med school to rotate in NYC hospitals for the next 10 years. Rotations are available outside of NY and NJ due to SGU vast network of contacts. I recommend SGU for its recognition for excellence by medical students and residency programs. By the way, I'm in my last year of SGU and will be graduating this May.
