My understanding of the school's private loan program is just that they will allow you to make monthly payments for the basic sciences, after you pay for the first semester in advance. I don't think they actually give you a loan in the sense thay you will recieve cash from them, and then have that money to pay your cost of education.
I also spoke with the US office about a week ago and the lady said they were alomst finished with the paperwork to get real loans from lenders who loan money in the traditional sense.
Hopefully it will be available in May...but reading from others who post here, it seems it was suppose to be available this past Jan.

Some of the students who do get loans may be Canadian. My understanding is Canadians have more resources available to them.
