I think 135k is a bit much for not getting access to US clinical rotations...If you want to practice in the US, you're better off going to AUA or KMCIC. It's around the same amount of money, and you can rotate here. There are several reasons for doing US clinicals including access to pre-matches that many of my classmates have been getting, good letters of recommendations, the ability to do away electives at American schools, and the ability to audition in the departments into which you plan to match.

The only advantage of going to KMC that I can think of is 50-state approval.
