rent and utilities is 510 dollars. its basically a steal. its an apartment building, but all the rooms are studio's. ethernet cable, 150 plus channels on cable, t.v. included, and very safe. there are about 25 units altogether here, and i live here currently as well. i am not moving out, but i am just letting people know there are going to be a bunch of spaces available after april semester, its best to book them in april. deposit is 500 dollars. its 10 minute walk to school, and alot of people here have cars, so everyone just goes together. its a nice way to meet people and know more about the school. also, it is ONE OF THE VERY VERY few places, where you have hot water...i can comfortably say there are only about 15% of the housing in which students get that has hot water, some houses dont even have it. we also have a lady that comes and does our laundry for 10 dollars, shes very nice, and she folds everything! the washer and dryer are in the aprtement as well, but is under lock and key. well PM me if u want to know more. its really clean, bathrooms are nice, everythign is white, white tiles, white walls, white kitchen, white bathroom. oh and landlord here is amazing as well as the owner.
