All Saints is way at the bottom of the list, I would not even consider it a viable option since the schools I just listed have a track record and are easy enough to get into already.

How are you so sure he will do well on the MCAT? Yep, he will mos def need the MCAT for US schools and some of the caribbean med schools (SGU, Ross, n AUC) you listed!
