i was just wondering....how are they not preparing for the USMLE? if USMLE covers the same the material that is being taught...it should be fine? or is it that they are not teaching well..or the questions that they ask are not that comparable to USMLE?

just curious how it works there...I am from India...but now living in US...so i know how that one test system works and that should be extremely hard i would think because they would test you on information that you have learned over the period of the year?
