Shared two-bedroom apartment for rent. I will be moving out in May so my half of the apartment is available for incoming students. You will be sharing the apartment with a female MD3. Rent is only $315 +utilities, my half of the utilities are about $130 a month. (a great price for on the island!) but the landlord does require a $460 deposit.
