Well I've heard that Plzen has lesser courses in medicine than we do (for eg. they don't have medical latin terminology, medical informatics, physical education). So their curriculum is not as intensive as those of the faculties in Prague. Secondly, Plzen is quite new so it's still in the developing stage (which means one doesn't actually know much about their performance as such). I've met a couple of students from Plzen who transferred to the First Fac. coz they wanted better clinical exposure (however, it's not that easy to transfer as the First Fac. hardly accepts transfers, unless you've had an exceptional performance in you previous years and so on).
