Take the Grand Anse bus to Spiceland mall (where the IGA grocery store is). In the mall is a stationery store called "Briden & Minors" or something like that. They may not have everything, but they will have some of the stuff you're looking for.
Alternatively, there are quite a few places in downtown st. georges. You can take a "reggae" bus, number 1, both ways...unless you have bought or rented a car.
