This is a serious problem.

Best way to answer your question is to call the office and ask the names of all their US spots, THEN call these hospitals and ask how many cahsu students come how often. What I am trying to get you to see is that since there is no stable relationship with hospitals they can only take you only when there is extra space in a rotation, so there are wait list problems.

But if you can arrange all your own rotations great!
