According to the GMC in the UK, they are suspending registration of Romanian qualified doctors due to information they have received from the Romanian authorities. They say that this will affect the registration of Romanian qualified doctors who may not be entitled to register in the UK once they have finished their investigations.

So if you are looking at practising in the UK, hold off on going to a Romanian school until further notice!
