Anyone know where to find the Application form?
I e-mailed them and they said it was up, but everytime I click on "Application Form" it says:

Please, take notice that the period for submitting applications for the 2nd term of the entrance examination has finished 15th July 2007 and cannot therefore be accepted.

Is it just my browser or is everyone else coming across this message also?
