Hunter's is transmitted X-linked, with deficient Iduronate Sulfatase. Hurler's is transmitted Autosomally (All MPS's are Autosomal Recessive but one), with a deficient alpha-L-Iduronidase. Hurler's will have corneal clouding. Hunter's does'nt have corneal clouding (Hunters when hunting cant have a clouded eye).
